Description

This is a maple tree near the street which has been SEVERELY pruned by the power company to clear the tree from the lines. As a result, it was damaged in a storm with branches hanging down onto the street, blocking the northbound side. Appears that a neighbor cut down some branches and tied orange plastic ties to alert drivers.
