Description

overgrown trees growing in alley way behind 2418 Warwick Ave 23224. Trees leading on electrical lines needs to be cut all the way down/removed and alley needs to be cleaned up. No one is managing alleyway being residence 2418 Warwick Ave. Richmond 23224. Dangerous and a hazard to neighborhood entire alleyway needs trees cut down and alley clean-up...ASAP!

    M Talked to resident by phone encouraged them to contact code enforcement in regards to a neighbors tree. City does not maintain alley ways unless the alley is blocked and garbage trucks can't pass through.complete
