Description
There is 6- 8 feet of vegetation overgrowth growing wild in the South side of E Franklin opposite 2900 to 3000. On occasion, cars are parked in the middle of the street as this vegetation is restricts parking anywhere near the curb. This affects the traffic flow as there is not space for two-way traffic.
