Description

This is an inquiry to the status of a THIRD request that I have submitted and was received on June 8, 2020, via a Mr. Sam and conf. #DPW52542. I had shared with Mr. Sam that, relative to a large tree, which when facing my home is to the left of my home...down at the street/curbside, there have been NUMEROUS times when branches, limbs or twigs have broken off and fallen from this tree down into my yard and onto my sidewalk, which leads from my home to the street...Rcvd assist to clean up...
