Description

The city recently re-graded the alley with new gravel. However, when this happened, all of the water from the alley flows downstream and pours into my backyard and has flooded my crawl space. I watched it stream directly towards my yard. The alley needs to be re-graded so that the water flows into the road. It currently bends into my yard. I have significant water damage.
