City tree fell during the storm 08.05.02020 on the breezeway on customer property. It is going to flow the drain way.

Caller need to check the status of a tree service request; debris is now surfacing in his backyard because the tree is there all cardboard, plastic bottles etc. stops right there...this is costing him money and he has had enough and request to speak to a Sup. in reference to when something will be done. (emailed tree div.)

esponse from Arborist: I contacted the resident at the above address and was not able to get through. Best I could tell is the complaint was a clogged ditch next to his property. The tree fell froman unmaintained lot and blocked drainage. As you can see from the picture this has been cleared. Thanks!
