Traffic and Street Signs

Description

Tabernacle Baptist Church has a loading zone designated in front of the playground. This was used for unloading children for daycare. However, over a year ago they created an entrance through their parking lot. The loading zone is no longer needed. Now they added four, two-bedroom apartments for rent, which adds up to 32 additional people to the block. This loading zone will be needed for regular parking to accommodate their renters. The zone is 1/3 of the available parking on that side. Just wanted to give an update since speaking - Since the rentals went active, there has been almost no parking on the street at night except in the loading zone area. The rental agent said they gave up some of their ministry spots. But now during the day, all the parking in front of the church is taken. Are these spots now being used by church employees or others? This is a zoned area for a reason. Between the loading zone and the church zone. it leaves only a handful of spaces for residents and guests. Update: Now a bus stop is being put on our street - directly across from the church - so we are losing even more parking.

  Spoke to customer 10/8/2020. Explain to her that I would look at adjusting bus stop, and that I was installing permit signs. Emailed Ms. Boyle on 10/14/2020 and advised her that I would not be shorteningthe bus stop because it is approximately 70 foot in length.
