MS BISHOP STATES THAT A TREE IN THE ALLEYWAY IS HANGING ON THE LINES AND LOOKS LIKE ITS ABOUT TO FALL AND WANTS SOME ONE TO COME OUT AND ASSIST. SHE SAID SHE CANT GET OUT OF HER DRIVEWAY AND IF IT FALLS IT WOULD COMPLETELY BLOCK THE ALLEYWAY
