Description

Removal of wood chips from three trees removed on Nottoway Ave - The City removed three elm trees on the south side of the 1600 block of Nottoway Ave around the 4th of July. The trees were removed and the stumps were grounded, but the wood chips remain in the grass. There was some in the street but the neighbors removed it. At one point there were cones and no parking signs indicating more work to be done (removal of wood chips and reseeding?), but they were removed two weeks ago.
