Description

The road off of hermitage leading to RVA Performance Training, and Auto Store, Virago Spirits, and many other businesses is filled with potholes that get worse each year after they get repaired. A complete repaving of this road would be helpful as a lot of these businesses have cars and trucks coming in and out of the area at early and late hours (it’s dark, and hard to see potholes, or even avoid them sometimes because filled parking spaces take up room).
