Description

We purchased our home a few weeks ago and there is a city trashcan on the sidewalk that is overflowing with trash - we have separate cans, and all of the neighbors say the trash can belonged to the construction crew building the property. The construction crew says it belonged to one of the neighbors. It's just sitting on the sidewalk in front of our home and I'm not sure what to do with it. Thanks!

    Says the can is still there. would like for someone to come and get the can if possible. who is responsible for the can? how does he remove can from sidewalk?
