Description

6th request and another injury. This is at least the 6th request for an extremely uneven sidewalk. This evening I witnessed another elderly person trip and fall and severely injure them them self (see prior request). I offered to call them an ambulance but I think they were too embarrassed. This needs to be fixed ASAP! This is an enormous liability for the city given the pattern of injury.
