Description

Evidently, lines are being painted on both sides of Malvern Avenue between Grove and Cary. They are not allowing parking on either side of the street. There are around 100 apartments that use the street for parking. It makes no sense that at least one side is not open, while the other side is being worked on. I had surgery and am on crutches. I can't walk 1/4 mile to park my car. The parking is restricted from Aug. 3 to Aug 24 for this small project. This makes no sense. Please help.
