Description

One of the Urban Tree resources that I came across led me to your email address. If you are not the person to talk to about this, please let me know who I can talk with. Thank you in advance for your time! I am Jennifer, a resident on N 21st St in Richmond, in between Broad and Marshall St. in Union Hill/Church Hill. About a year ago, we lost our one tree on our street to some underground plumbing work and the tree well was not preserved. I am looking to see how we can get that back
