Description

Message: Shortly after we moved into our house at 2013 Grove, in summer 2018, the city planted a tree in front of our house. Two years later (now), when we removed the irrigation cover as instructed, we saw a big gash in the bark on the tree’s trunk. The tree is not thriving and appears to be stunted in its growth. We are hoping to get a new tree planted, and would be glad to pay for it if necessary. Could you let us know how to proceed? Thanks. Andrew Murphy, 2013 Grove
