Assess Existing Tree or Stump

Description

Location is actually in Linear Park where the Park lies directly behind the address given (612 Holly Street) - it is behind the brick wall against Belvedere and runs to the alley (behind odd numbered houses on Pine Street) and between Holly Street and China Street. There are three dead trees, all three distinct trees pictured, killed we believe by a type of bark beetle that continues to spread and kill/destroy more. The third tree pictured is close to the brick wall and furthest towards China Street, and is completely dead. It has lost limbs with even non severe weather, mere gusts, and is over the walkway, risking human and pets in addition to the risk to further pest spread to additional trees, and the poor aesthetic (but the very least of the concerns). The second tree pictured is three trees closer to Holly Street, shows very little life on it, but I fear it is past saving. It also has majority dead limbs over walking path and is a risk to humans, animals and neighboring tree life. The two trees between are starting to look like they may have first signs and could also be lost if this is not dealt with quickly. The first tree pictured is on the alley side of the park, and the closest to Holly Street. The infestation in this partly green tree is massive and very active still. Dead limbs threaten the alleyway and utility lines that run below and through the tree. Please remove these trees as soon as possible, and do what is necessary to treat the infestation and halt the spread before we lose additional trees in the park, or the limbs can cause injuries or damage.
