Description
There is a tree in front of my home that has grown out into the street, the sidewalk, in the power lines, and now almost touching my home. It impedes the view of my security camera and you can't safely cross the street because it has grown into the street and your view is blocked. There are also bugs in the tree. I have made several requests to have this tree cut or uprooted. This is the case for several trees on this block. You can't even walk down the sidewalk.
