Description

Tree in neighbors backyard (7 N. Allen) is dead and overgrowth from branches is leaning on electric/power lines. This is in the alley in between our houses and Binford Middle School. Tree should be removed but likely their responsibility as it’s on their property. Regardless, growth is now covering several lines and if branches fall, it will likely knock out electricity (or worse), for the entire block. Would love if it can be cut back in the meantime.
