Description
The alley between Rose Avenue and Miller Avenue with the boundary of Yancey Street and Home Street is largely overgrown. I have to push back tree branches on the Miller side of the alley to get to my trash receptacles. The waste maintenance crews have an incredibly hard time driving down the alley as it is hard to see. It is only a matter of time before an accident occurs. For the amount of tax I pay, it is a shame the alley looks the way it does.
