Response from Acting Maintenance & Facility Mngr W. Shoup: looked at that tree last year. Recommended it be removed but due to utility lines it would need Dominion or contractor to perform work. Sitting on a waiting list.

I called the citizen to let him know the tree had already been inspected and considered for removal by Dominion or a Contractor. The Citizen wanted to know if Dominion had been notified. Sent an email to W. Shoup. Waiting on response. I told the citizen I would let him know once I hear back. 804-370-1292.

Called Mr. John Schaeufele back to let him know that Dominion was contacted about the tree Per W. Shoup. I also told him that we will eventually add to a Contract List but know timeframe at this time. Also gave Mr. Schaeufele the 800 number to Dominion. He said he will get with his neighbor to see how he wants to proceed.
