Assess Existing Tree or Stump

Description

Large branch fell from a COR tree and was blocking the street most of it was moved over but there's still debris in the street and on the sidewalk the branch did hit the neighbor's car. This tree is steadily dropping large branches. There's a large branch that is hanging that is causing a safety threat still at the top of the tree. Neither him or the neighbor can park in the front. It's the big Oak Tree

  This is the 2nd call about this address today...Trying to reach Urban Forestry about a COR tree branch that fell; half of it fell on his truck and the other part is being held by some branches it's a large branch and a safety concern. Non emergency police was notified on Saturday. Branch dangling 20 ft off the ground. The branch is dead.
