Description

Massive amounts of litter left outside house where fraternity just moved out. It is blocking alley and unsanitary (trash all spilling out and improperly contained). Have had rat problem at 7 W Clay and this is not helping. I told them not to put massive amounts of trash and large items out for pick up as trash collectors will not take trash that size or outside of a receptacle.I have already filled my cans with their trash.
