SAFETY ISSUE: Guy-wire in the street - see photo. This guy-wire is in the street on S 31st St. Pole has two plates on it: HO2O1 & VP BC19. Location of pole: turn onto S 31st St from Williamsburg Ave. It's the second pole on the left.
