Description

Prior to Franklin St renovation, intersection of N 17th St and E Franklin St was an all-way stop intersection. Presently, there is no stop sign for cars traveling eastbound on E Franklin St through this intersection, and the posted signage suggests that E Franklin St is still open in both directions.

    M Chris, this was supposed to be an emergency task. Not sure if the Stop signs were installed. Please verify if this request was resolved.
