Description

The road in front of the house needs to be paved due to utility work that was completed in 2019. The area has been filled in with aggregate twice now, but after some time, it sinks, and begins to ooze tar (see image 1 & 2). After utility work, other houses on my block are repaved properly (see image 3 & 4). This is my 3rd request for service. I hope the images help explain the request. Thank you.
