MS RUIZ STATES THAT THERE IS A TREE CAUSING THE THE SIDEWALK TO BE PUSHED UP AND SHE HAS A NEIGHBOR WHO HAS A HANDICAP PARKING SPOT BESIDE THE SIDEWALK AND HER NEIGHBOR HAS ALSO FALLEN.

  Sidewalk is caving in over the gas/water lines that has a hole open between the section of the sidewalk with the tree being an issue, the tree has been removed but the sidewalk has not been removed; tree was removed approximately 6 months ag; there are 2 handicap parking spaces in front of the hole in the sidewalk; the elderly citizen are afraid to walk in the area due to open side and uneven sidewalk between 1720 - 1724 Hanover Avenue; rodents in and out of the hole especially when it rains.
