Description

The crosswalk signal at the SE corner of Broad and Laurel is stuck displaying a 7-second warning, even when pedestrians are not supposed to cross. My office window looks directly out on this intersection, and I have watched multiple people walk out in front of cars today thinking that the '7' meant they had time to cross the street, when in fact cars were driving full-speed through the intersection.
