I just spoke with Mr. Simms briefly. He was very irate, cursing and hung up the phone. As I stated before, I returned his calls twice. We will schedule the removal of the graffiti accordingly.

Due to freezing temperatures, removal of graffiti is not feasible. Graffiti removal will continue once temperatures are better suited for removal.
