Description

Arthur Ashe Blvd. from Westwood Ave, south to Broad St is an embarrassing mess. ^-foot tall weeds, dead plants and litter in the median growing on the sidewalks and the tree wells. Why has this street not been maintained? The entrance to the City from I-95 is absolutely embarrasing.
