Description

The cross walk at Westbrook Ave and Hermitage is not marked and has no cross walk light. The cars coming off the interstate often do not stop at the light or look for pedestrians at this light. It would be helpful to at minimum have pavement markings to alert drivers, at max to have a no right turn on red and an actual crosswalk light. This is an important cross walk because people are using to walk to Bryan Park from here.

    Given the low pedestrian crossings and no reported pedestrian crashes in the last seven years we are not planning to install a crosswalk and pedestrian signals.
