Description

The branches on the tree in front of 6 South Plum St. on the sidewalk hang incredibly low. The bottom 2 or so feet of branches need to be trimmed. It makes it impossible to walk on the sidewalk without having to duck below the branches, and any cars that attempt to park on the street spots get scratched by the branches; and branches get caught in the closing doors of cars.
