Description

A bed of truck hit overhead wire and made a big mess in alley. This issue has been ongoing for 2 years and no resolve. Needs gravel to fill-in hole in alley. The alley address where gravel is needed: 1433 and 1435 Minefee Street. Unable to get to garage.
