Caller had a water meter replaced and the sidewalk was dug up and replaced with packed gravel; caller would like to know when the sidewalk with be repaired with concrete; section of sidewalk that gravels that is handicap ramp on all 4 corners of intersection, northeast corner of intersection; large pothole in the middle of Nansemond & Floyd; water was replaced and is the middle of the sidewalk; caller did not request the water meter to be replaced, it was replaced due to work in the are
