Description

Citizen stated she has been waiting over a month for someone to come back out to her house and clear up a tree that fell during a storm. She states it's in a ditch that is City's ROW and someone was suppose to do a survey to confirm.

    Spoke with Arborist S. Lilly today who stated he was in contact with the surveyor and they should have an answer with the next couple of days. Called Ms. Janiski and told her she should be hearing from the surveyor this week.

    Per the City Surveys team this tree is on private property. Email is attached for reference. -This ticket can be closed Sam, We completed our survey this morning. The tree stump is approximately 5 feet on private property, and clearly not inside of the City Of Richmond right of way. Appreciate the patience on this one! Mike Daugherty DPW Surveys Division
