Description

citizen states it is dead, she has requested for over 6 years now for the tree to be removed, she states the city refuses to. Branches are now falling and she states if a branch falls on her vehicle she will be suing the city. citizen states it is between 612-614 pollock st. Roots from tree are in her yard and breaking up the sidewalk as well.
