Description

RE: Stuart Circle: The original wrought iron fence barrier surrounding the center circle median was removed leaving the low curb and the roadway at virtually the same level. This busy traffic circle without barrier has attracted skateboarders weaving between traffic to use the sloping base of the former monument. The low curb has caused cars to clip it as they traverse the circle as well. Placing low concrete barriers around the base would avoid calamity on many levels.
