MR FORD STATE THAT A TREE THATS ON CITY PROPERTY IS GROWING INTO HIS HOUSE AND HE IS TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO COME ASSESS AND CUT THE TREE. IT IS GROWING ON THE POWERLINES AND INTO HIS WINDOW AND ROOF
