Description

CITIZEN CALLING BECAUSE THERE IS A TREE WITH DEAD BRANCHES, HE STATES THEY CAN FALL AND DAMAGES VEHICLES, PEOPLE, AND PETS. IT HAS HAPPENED IN OTHER PARTS OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD. CITIZEN WOULD LIKE FOR SOMEONE FROM THE CITY TO COME OUT AND LOOK
