Description

A supercan is full of storm water and trash. The lid was broken off and should probably be replaced if possible. It currently has been sitting like this for weeks as I think it is to heavy for normal trash pick up. The entire alley smells of refuse please assist. Trash was able to be collected today! seems the problem has been solved. Sorry for the inconvience.
