says someone needs to come out today and get leaves and branches, states that he saw a snake previously in pile. he doesn't know what else may be hiding underneath pile.

I spoke with Mr. Reginald Brandon and he states that there is a pile with a variety of leaves, branches, and trees in front of his home he is concerned that this is a safety hazard, if someone rides by and throws a cigarette or something it will go up into flames. He says it has been like this since he moved in to his home 17 months ago. He would like to have someone to come out and clear this area. He has a Community function going on tomorrow where the city council will attend and this is considered to be an eyesore.
