Description

There is a broken down motorbike, bike parts, antifreeze and plastic sheeting, boxes of debris, dishwasher box next to and behind the mailboxes located at the rear of The Hard Shell restaurant adjacent to the alley. There are flies all over the boxes and a horrible smell. Debris must be stepped over/around to get to mailboxes (I feel bad for the postal worker). The motorbike has been there for months, in disrepair.
