Description

Recent drainage work done by the city on Shadwell Rd. Direct behind 4613 Patterson Ave. Upon completion road was paved. Hole in road developed exposing new drainage system. Hole is about 2 feet deep, 1.5 feet long, and .5 foot wide.

    Request was receive by the wrong Division within DPU, return to dispatch to be re-dispatch to the correct division within DPU group. WasteWater Supervisor D, Osbourne stated that already his ticket created for this location and it is secured, also will follow up with a dry test. To determine what the issue is originated from.
