Description

The alley between N. Davis and N. Stafford Avenue (behind Grove Ave. and Floyd) desperately needs to be graded and more gravel added. The last time this was done was over 3 years ago and the holes in the alley prevent proper drainage causing water to pool in adjacent yards instead of draining to the asphalt street. In addition there is a city pipe sticking up out of the ground in the alley entrance on N. Stafford that in addition to causing tire damage, is a public safety risk.
