Description

Please add video evidence to speed sample. T St/N 22nd NEEDS traffic calming. Both streets are well traveled. See attached video of car traveling at a high rate of speed. I've seen other areas of Church Hill with traffic calming that are less traveled. The major difference is they're in more affluent parts of the neighborhood. This community deserves a safe intersection, especially with children and mobility scooters often in the street.
