Description
The shrubs on property have overgrown 3 to 4 feet into alley. One to two cars are always parked in the alley in the house at 1508 Wallace Street and with the overgrown shrubs taking up a third of the alley it makes it hard for cars to pass through. You can not see the car parked in drive and have had a few close calls
