Description

Back yard is overgrown and cover the sidewalk. Portion of the overgrowth extends 3 to 8 feet outside of yard and has reduced the alley way to half of the alley. You cannot see on coming traffic. Portion of the yard are is overgrown with weeds that have extended into the alley. A weed has grown through the telephone utility and is now a thirty foot tree the drops over alley. Have seen rodents run into overgrowth.
