    Response from Arborist S. Lilly: I wasn’t able to reach anyone via the phone number Linda provided, but I’m assuming this is in regards to the fresh stump in the front yard (private property). It’s not anything that we’ve done. There do appear to be drop lines entering the house at that location so it’s possible that Dominion removed the tree. Sam Lilly City Arborist
