s. Bushman called to inquire on when the removal of a dead tree will happen. She is concerned because she stated the tree has damaged two vehicles and there are a lot of children playing in the area.Sent email to the Arborist S. Lilly to contact the citizen with a timeframe.

Response from Acting Operations Mngr J Lester: Ticket update: I visited the site this morning and phoned Ms. Bushman. We spoke at length and I assured her that the tree will be prioritized for removal as quickly as possible.
