Description

Alley behind 2400 block West Main St. (between Stafford & Davis) is badly damaged and needs repaired. Please grade (or pave) this alley as soon as possible as it is dangerous to travel through and has standing water. There are dozens of varying sized pot holes through the alley. They are impossible to avoid when parking behind my building. Alley is not usable by foot after rain and floods into my back parking lot.
