Description

Caller states they are having problems with people dumping all kids of stuff in the alley of their property. Their property is behind Woodville Elementary; because people keeps doing it he would like to have a dumping sign placed anywhere in the alley to help deter folks from dumping in the alley behind his elderly parents address.
